The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff truly impressed with their kindness and accommodation. They pampered us with complimentary cocktail hours and upgraded our room as a birthday gift. The property was well-maintained, with well-lit trails among the Redwoods. The spa massages were also top-notch.
The Wi-Fi was completely useless, making it impossible to connect any of our devices. The staff acknowledged this issue but seemed dismissive, stating that it was a known problem throughout the hotel.

The location turned out to be gorgeous and good. Liked a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. The breakfast was amazing and excellent, the check in was early. Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Big Sur.

What a memorable stay at Alila Ventana! The glamping tents were absolutely amazing, with hot water and smore's adding a special touch. The spa and hotel amenities were top-notch. Can't wait to come back! highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely return for future romantic getaways. The pathways that surround the property are beautiful and although it is optional, we took the 15 minute walk to the restaurant for dinner on a beautiful lighted pathway blanketed in stars.
The logs they give you for the fire burn out too quickly and we had to call repeatedly for them to bring more.

Sincerely, it was a just perfect stay for two nights. Enjoyed our rooms with a hot tub. The hotel was in a secluded setting on the mountains.
